Reebelo will not be liable to reimburse any costs incurred for assessment or repairs undertaken by a third party under the 12-month warranty period. The 12-month warranty offered by Reebelo is covered exclusively by the vendor from whom the original purchase was made, and any repairs or assessments made to the device by a third party will void this warranty. In such cases, unauthorised or unapproved work that is done to the device by a third party will not be reimbursed. If you are making a claim under your ReebeloCare extended warranty, in some cases we may advise sending the device to a local repair store that is within our partner network. As long as this claim is approved by Reebelo ahead of the repair being undertaken, these repairs can be claimed for reimbursement upon submission of an approved invoice or quote for repair.
