To be eligible, the device must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Once received, the vendor will inspect the item. If there are clear signs of use or physical damage, the vendor may reject the return or issue a partial refund, as deemed reasonable. This policy helps protect both the vendor and customers from misuse.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to report the issue as soon as possible—ideally within a few business days of delivery.
