Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software, during the warranty period. This includes significant differences in products from what was originally ordered at the time of delivery.
During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external person or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage to the device caused by force, water, or any external factor. Your warranty will be void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party. ** Note that some vendors may charge an inspection fee if the device issue is deemed caused by accidental damage when the device is returned to the vendor.
