If you are experiencing issues with your device's sensors, such as movement and proximity, or TouchID, try these solutions:
1. Update your software

- You may see two software updates, pick the one you want to install
Android Devices:
- Go to Settings > System > System update
- Follow the steps that appear on the screen to check your update status and install any available updates.
2. Clean your device
Sometimes sensor issues can be caused by dirt or debris on your device's sensors. Try cleaning your device to see if it helps.
iOS Devices:
- Unplug your device from any cables and turn it off
- Use a lint-free cloth or a soft tissue to carefully clean your device's sensors
- Watch out for any excess moisture around the charging/headphones port
Android Devices:
- Turn off your smartphone and remove the case
- Unplug any cables or accessories
- Dampen a cleaning cloth with distilled water or a disinfectant solution
- Gently wipe down your phone's sensors
3. Check your settings
If your sensors are still not working properly, make sure your settings are configured correctly.
