What does your device definition means?
Our devices have 4 varying conditions:
- Premium - Pristine screen condition with no scratches. Minimal signs of wear on case/body that are invisible from a 12-inch distance. Like-new look & feel
- Excellent - Light scratches and minor signs of wear invisible from a 12-inch distance
- Good - Minor scratches and signs of wear visible from a 12-inch distance
- Acceptable - Visible scratches and possible chip/dents on body. 100% functional, tested, & cleaned
Batteries have 3 different conditions:
- Standard - A professionally tested, reliable battery with at least 80% of its original capacity, ensuring solid everyday performance
- Elevated - A professionally tested, high-capacity battery with at least 90% of its original capacity, providing extended usage and longevity
- New - A professionally tested battery at 100% capacity, delivering maximum power and performance. Note that there may be a few cycles on the battery from testing
Where can I find the device definition on your website?
Once you select your preferred device, you would be able to see 4 different condition showing Premium, Excellent, Good and Acceptable. Click on the "i", and you would be able to see all the definition.

1. Look for the "Condition" section
2. Click on the "i"
3. Once you click the "i", the device condition definition will appear as the below
4. Depending on the condition you select, you will see the Battery Health options available below the Condition section
5. Once you click the "i" next to Battery Health, you can review the definitions
