In the unlikely event of a failure of the device, Reebelo will arrange for your devices to be returned and serviced by our vendor, free of charge when you inform us of the defect within the warranty period (12 months), provided that the product has no any physical or accidental damage.
What’s not covered?
* Any damage or malfunction arising out of or directly caused by liquid ingress
* Gradual wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device's functionality
* Any damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice
* Any loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
* Any repairs/open-inspection made by third parties
